Don't lie - you're favorite part of grabbing Mexican is the chips, salsa and "cheese dip". Well, why not skip the dinner out and make it at home? I love a super-simple recipe, so when I stumbled upon this, I was in Heaven! It's sooo easy!
Ingredients:
→ 1/2 lb white american cheese (from the deli counter)
→ 2 cans on diced green chilies (where you find the taco ingredients)
→ 1/2 cup (ish) heavy whipping cream
Directions:
1. Melt cheese over low heat with diced green chilies. Stir frequently.
2. Add cream a little at a time until desired consistency. (More or less to taste.)
3. Enjoy!
Serve on chips (duh!) or make your own A.C.P or cheesy enchiladas!

Chapter 1...
Well, guys! Here we are! I've finally booted up a blog! I've been thinking and thinking and thinking about it, and finally decided, "Why not?". I'm really excited and hope you will jump on this little journey with me!
This will be a place where I share a little from my daily life. So what does that mean? Well, it means I will be sharing all that I am learning everyday as a stay-home-mommy. I'll share with you the GIANT learning curve that comes with raising your fiesty, energetic, bull-headed (because that apple didn't fall far from EITHER tree), but fabulously adorable first kiddo.
It will be where I share my travels, because with the wide world out there and only 50 or 60 so years left to see it all (Lord willing), I hope to see as much as I can.
It will be a place to share my favorite eats and treats. (Some mine, some from generations of fabulous cooking that I can only aspire to achieve!)
Above all, a place to share. So please, share, chat, and hang out.
Cheers,
Jenny
